Extensionaire is a supplier of luxury hair extensions and related products only. We do not offer installation services, we are not liable for any improper installation done by any salon.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Orders can be cancelled within 24HR of placing. No orders can be canceled once the order status changes to “processing”. Should you cancel after, your Extensionaire account will be credited with the original order amount minus the payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway merchants. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Extensionaire has a strict No Refund policy and will not refund any product sold on our website. 

By tagging or mentioning @extensionaire on any social media platform you give Extensionaire your express and specific consent to the use of the content for commercial and marketing purposes.

From time to time there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
