With proper care and maintenance, your Extensionaire hair extensions can last for up to 2 years.

Should you require installation of your extensions please enquire at your trusted salon for installation fees.

While we provide the highest quality hair extensions on the market, we understand that manufacturing defects occasionally can and do happen. We are proud to stand behind the quality of our product and offer a manufacturers warranty.

About The Order

We can easily change it if we are notified within 24 hours of placing your order. However, the total amount must not exceed the original amount that you approved when paying. If this is the case, we must ask you to order the extra items in a separate order, then we will make sure to send it all together.

Orders can be cancelled within 24HR of placing. No orders can be canceled once the order status changes to â€śprocessing”. Should you cancel after, your Extensionaire account will be credited with the original order amount minus the payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway merchants. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Orders are shipped after a standard 5-day processing.

Payment Methods

You can pay with Payflex, Visa, Mastercard, Payfast and Paypal on our website.

You can choose to split your payment into smaller chunks with Payflex. All you have to do is choose Payflex as your payment option at checkout, and then you will be forwarded to the Payflex gateway for payment. You can read more about Payflex here.

Delivery

All our packages are sent with The Courier Guy.

Unfortunatly our office is not open for self collections.

We ship to South Africa (Domestic), Namibia, the United States, England (UK), and Australia.

If your country is not on the list, you can contact hello@extensionaire.co.za and make further arrangements.

We proudly offer free domestic shipping on all hair extensions. International orders are charged depending on the weight of the package, the desired delivery method, and which country it is to be sent to.

Yes, you can track your order throughout its journey. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us, and if you click on the “Track your package” link in the email, you can see how far the package is.
It can sometimes take a few hours from when you receive the email until the carrier has registered the package.

Returns

Please note that, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, hair extensions fall under the category of hygienic consumables, which are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
