This adjustment is in compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act and is a response to a specific incident where a customer repeatedly exchanged their hair extensions, resulting in an exploitation of our previous return policy.

Please note that, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, hair extensions fall under the category of hygienic consumables, which are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
