Do i have to pay International Duties & Taxes if I order from south africa?
No, Extensionaire is Proudly South African and orders placed within South Africa will not be subject to customs charges even if your order is sent from our warehouse in the UK.

How Much Are International Duties & Taxes?
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Extensionaire is not liable for any duties/taxes incurred. Customs policies vary by country; please consult your local customs office for details. Extensionaire is legally required to declare items at their full value and cannot modify this amount to reduce international custom fees.
If you decline a shipment from Extensionaire, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the return shipping costs. These expenses will be deducted from your merchandise credit. If the return fee exceeds the value of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and no credit will be issued.
