Welcome to www.extensionaire.com. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Extensionaire Hair (PTY) Ltd is a South African business offering luxury hair extensions and related products. We do not provide installation services and are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party installation.
Promotional Codes
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted, especially for custom items.
For cancellations within 24 hours:
- Refunds will be credited to your account
- A non-refundable R250 payfast processing fee will be deducted (if paid with Payfast) and a non-refundable R150 processing fee will be deducted for bank charges (if paid via EFT)

These are deemed custom products and are made to order.
Custom orders require a minimum of 2 packs (100g). You may request to pay 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before shipping. Email orders@extensionaire.com to arrange a custom payment schedule.

Personalize your hair extensions to your desired length, up to 28″ across all collections.
Ordering Process
For custom orders, please email our team at orders@extensionaire.com. Specify your desired product, and we’ll assist you through the process.
Note: We only offer products in the shades available on the Extensionaire colour ring. We do not customize colours.
Invoicing
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you an invoice. You may choose to pay 50% upfront to place your order, and the remaining 50% before dispatch.
Stay Updated
Upon full payment, you’ll receive confirmation of your order. We’ll also send you tracking details once your custom extensions are shipped.
Delivery Timeframe
Please allow 2–3 weeks for custom orders, depending on manufacturing and shipment timelines.
Final Sale Policy
Custom items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. However, these orders are backed by a 6-month limited warranty.

Custom Order Imports & Duties
Custom orders (including Invisible Tape-Ins, Tape-In Wefts, Genius Wefts, and extended lengths up to 28″) are shipped from our partner manufacturer in the United Kingdom. Please allow 8–10 weeks for production and delivery.
To ensure a smooth experience, Extensionaire Hair (PTY) Ltd covers all applicable import duties and taxes directly with South African Customs. Clients can rest assured that no additional or hidden customs fees will be payable upon delivery.
This means you’ll enjoy peace of mind and a seamless purchasing process—no paperwork, delays, or unexpected charges at your door.

Exchanges & Returns
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

The package is unopened

The hygiene seal is intact

The product is unused and in original packaging
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used, installed, dyed, washed, or cut extensions

Items without original packaging or with broken seals

Final sale or promotional items

Hair accessories or supplies (due to hygiene reasons)
Approved returns are subject to:

By tagging or mentioning @extensionaire on any social media platform you give Extensionaire your express and specific consent to the use of the content for commercial and marketing purposes.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
From time to time there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Price and availability information contained on this site is subject to change without notice. Extensionaire shall not be bound by any errors or omissions in posting product information or prices with respect to any products or services offered on the Site. All materials and information presented by Extensionaire on the Site are intended to be used for informational purposes only.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order. Extensionaire is not responsible for any delays, lost shipments, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
In the event that an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order re-sent. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a store credit will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the courier. No refunds will be provided.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check all shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to make the necessary corrections before dispatch.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
a. Once an order has been dispatched and delivery is attempted at the address provided by the client, it is the client’s responsibility to accept the delivery. Refusing delivery does not release the client from their obligation to pay for the order.
b. If delivery is refused without prior written agreement or a valid reason (e.g., incorrect or defective product), the following will apply:
- The product will be returned to Extensionaire.
- The client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including shipping, handling, and storage fees.
c. Custom Orders: As all hair extensions are custom-made to meet specific client requirements, they cannot be resold or refunded. Refused custom orders remain the client’s full financial responsibility.
d. Extensionaire will notify the client of the returned order and provide an option to arrange redelivery. Any redelivery costs will be charged to the client.
e. If the client does not respond within 14 days of notification, Extensionaire reserves the right to retain, resell, or dispose of the product without issuing a refund or further communication.
f. Clients are encouraged to contact Extensionaire in advance with any delivery concerns to avoid unnecessary fees or complications.
Returned items from refused deliveries are subject to:
- Restocking fees (20%)
- Courier and admin fees
- Loss of eligibility for a refund
