Extensionaire Hair (PTY) Ltd is a South African business offering luxury hair extensions and related products. We do not provide installation services and are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party installation.

This giveaway is hosted by Extensionaire Hair (PTY) Ltd and is open to residents of South Africa only.

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms:

• Entry requirements must be completed as outlined in the official giveaway post.
• The giveaway is subject to reaching a minimum growth target of 500 additional followers across our social platforms.
• Extensionaire Hair reserves the right to extend the duration of the giveaway until this target is met.
• Should the required 500 new followers not be reached by the advertised end date, Extensionaire Hair reserves the right to amend the prize to a R1000 gift card in place of the original prize.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless amended as stated above).
• The winner will be selected at random and announced via our official social media platforms.
• Extensionaire Hair reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the entry rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted, especially for custom items.

For cancellations within 2 hours:

• Refunds will be credited to your account
• A non-refundable R250 payfast processing fee will be deducted (if paid with Payfast) and a non-refundable R150 processing fee will be deducted for bank charges (if paid via EFT)

All products listed on our website are kept in stock.

Custom orders require a minimum of 2 packs (100g). You may request to pay 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before shipping. Email orders@extensionaire.com to arrange a custom payment schedule.

Note: We only offer products in the shades available on the Extensionaire colour ring. We do not customize colours.

Invoicing

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you an invoice. You may choose to pay 50% upfront to place your order, and the remaining 50% before dispatch.

Stay Updated

Upon full payment, you’ll receive confirmation of your order. We’ll also send you tracking details once your custom extensions are shipped.

Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 2–3 weeks for custom orders, depending on manufacturing and shipment timelines.

Final Sale Policy

Custom items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. However, these orders are backed by a 6-month limited warranty.

Custom orders (Genius Wefts, and extended lengths up to 28″) are shipped from our partner manufacturer in the United Kingdom. Please allow 8–10 weeks for production and delivery.

To ensure a smooth experience, Extensionaire Hair (PTY) Ltd covers all applicable import duties and taxes directly with South African Customs. Clients can rest assured that no additional or hidden customs fees will be payable upon delivery.

This means you’ll enjoy peace of mind and a seamless purchasing process—no paperwork, delays, or unexpected charges at your door.

Certain products may be available for purchase on a back-order basis when stock is temporarily unavailable.

By placing an order for a back-order item, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Back-order items are ordered specifically to fulfil the customer’s purchase request and are therefore regarded as custom-order items.
• The estimated delivery timeframe for back-order items is approximately 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping schedules, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
• Where an order contains both in-stock and back-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
• Extensionaire Hair (Pty) Ltd will make every reasonable effort to provide updates regarding the status of back-order items; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
• Extensionaire Hair (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by airlines, shipping companies, courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, supplier delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Due to the custom-order nature of back-order items, all back-order purchases are final and may not be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have selected the correct colour, length, texture, and product before completing their purchase.
• If a back-order item becomes permanently unavailable from the supplier, Extensionaire Hair (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund.

• In-stock items:

  • Processing time: Orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next working day.

  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days via courier

• Custom items:

  • Production time: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days after production

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The package is unopened

• The hygiene seal is intact

• The product is unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used, installed, dyed, washed, or cut extensions

• Items without original packaging or with broken seals

• Final sale, custom orders or promotional items

• Hair accessories or supplies (due to hygiene reasons)

Approved returns are subject to:

• A 15% restocking fee

• Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable

• A non-refundable R250 payfast processing fee will be deducted (if paid with Payfast) and a non-refundable R150 processing fee will be deducted for bank charges (if paid via EFT)

By tagging or mentioning @extensionaire on any social media platform you give Extensionaire your express and specific consent to the use of the content for commercial and marketing purposes.

From time to time there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Price and availability information contained on this site is subject to change without notice. Extensionaire shall not be bound by any errors or omissions in posting product information or prices with respect to any products or services offered on the Site. All materials and information presented by Extensionaire on the Site are intended to be used for informational purposes only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order. Extensionaire is not responsible for any delays, lost shipments, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order re-sent. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a store credit will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the courier. No refunds will be provided.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check all shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to make the necessary corrections before dispatch.

a. Once an order has been dispatched and delivery is attempted at the address provided by the client, it is the client’s responsibility to accept the delivery. Refusing delivery does not release the client from their obligation to pay for the order.

b. If delivery is refused without prior written agreement or a valid reason (e.g., incorrect or defective product), the following will apply:

• The product will be returned to Extensionaire.
• The client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including shipping, handling, and storage fees.

c. Custom Orders: As all hair extensions are custom-made to meet specific client requirements, they cannot be resold or refunded. Refused custom orders remain the client’s full financial responsibility.

d. Extensionaire will notify the client of the returned order and provide an option to arrange redelivery. Any redelivery costs will be charged to the client.

e. If the client does not respond within 14 days of notification, Extensionaire reserves the right to retain, resell, or dispose of the product without issuing a refund or further communication.

f. Clients are encouraged to contact Extensionaire in advance with any delivery concerns to avoid unnecessary fees or complications.

Returned items from refused deliveries are subject to:

• Restocking fees (20%)
• Courier and admin fees
• Loss of eligibility for a refund

When you use our site, you may directly submit the following information:

• Basic Contact Details: This includes your name, address, phone number, and email.

• Order Information: This consists of details such as your name, billing and shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.

• Account Information: This refers to your username, password, and security questions.
