Our extensions are made from 100% real human hair, which means you can dye them – but not necessarily that you should.

We recommend that you avoid permanent hair colour for your extensions, instead use a semi-permanent.

CAN I USE HEAT ON MY EXTENSIONS?

All of our extensions are made from 100% real human hair, which means you can heat style them just like you would your own hair.

A round of straightening can soften your extensions and give them more shine as it seals in the hair’s cuticle. So it’s a good idea to finish your hair care with some heat protection and a straightener.

Always remember to use heat protection before you use any heating tools.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions within 7 days of delivery, as long as the package is unopened and the original hygiene seal is still intact. For hygiene reasons, once the package is opened, the item becomes final sale.

How to Install

Original Tape-in Extensions

– After washing your hair with shampoo only, completely drying and brushing it, you can start attaching the Tape extensions.

– Part the hair into sections. Take a suitable amount of hair and apply a Tape extension underneath, approx. 3–5 mm from the scalp. Then attach a new Tape extension to the top of your own hair. Carefully squeeze out any air with pliers or your fingers.

– Do not wash or style the hair for at least two days after inserting the tapes.
