Most damage occurs when hair extensions are not used correctly. If you make sure to follow our step-by-step guide, extensions are not harmful to your hair.
However, if you experience discomfort while wearing your extensions, you should always take them out. They are not meant to damage or tear your hair.
We recommend that you avoid permanent hair colour for your extensions, instead use a semi-permanent.
How you should wash and care for your extensions depends on the type of hair extensions you have. Ready-to-wear extensions should be washed by hand and semi-permanent extensions should be washed while they are in the hair.

All of our extensions are made from 100% real human hair, which means you can heat style them just like you would your own hair.
A round of straightening can soften your extensions and give them more shine as it seals in the hair’s cuticle. So it’s a good idea to finish your hair care with some heat protection and a straightener.
Always remember to use heat protection before you use any heating tools.
