LEADING TIME | We have a SET Leading time for all hair extensions. The set leading time is four working days! Your hair extension order will be shipped Overnight after the set time has passed and you should receive your order 1-2 working days after receipt of the “Order Completed” email. Items with no leading time will be stated in their product description and shipped after one working day.

Order updates and tracking information will be logged to your account and sent via email. Extensionaire will not release any tracking information via WhatsApp for security. Extensionaire cannot be held liable for any damages, loss, or delays to your package after leaving our offices.

TERMS & CONDITIONS | GENERAL ONLINE SALES

Upon purchasing from Extensionaire (Pty) Ltd via extensionaire.com / WhatsApp / email you have agreed that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility of any passwords issued for your account rests with the user. You may send us an email to request a “reset password” link to access your account.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of funds reflected in our account. We will not reserve stock until the full value of the product has been received. 

Extensionaire has a strict NO REFUND policy; we will not refund any products sold on this website. All orders placed with Extensionaire (Pty) Ltd are final and no refunds will be given.

No returns for exchanges will be accepted by Extensionaire without approval. 

Aftercare information is sent with every hair extension order.  Extensionaire will NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY TREATMENTS/COLOUR DONE even if deemed safe to use on human hair extensions.

Once the hair extensions have been installed and in the care of the client, it is up to the client to take extra care of the hair. 

Extensionaire (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any unsatisfactory results due to installations, hair care and/or maintenance, cuts or colouring done by any salons, including that of affiliated salons, hair stylists, hair extension specialists or yourself. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS | SALONS AND EXTENSIONISTS

It is the responsibility of the stylist to go through the AFTERCARE sheet with clients and explain the DO’s & DONT’s of wearing human hair extensions.

It is the responsibility of the stylist to explain to the client that once a colour/chemical treatment has been done on the hair extensions that the salon and Extensionaire will not replace the hair extensions if a problem should occur.

Extensionaire (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for ANY unsatisfied clients, due to incorrect colour matching, colour damage, treatments or cuts done by the stylist or client. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, irritation caused by the products used.

Extensionaire will not be liable for mismatching of a clients hair, should the colour need to be exchanged please contact us on customercare[at]extensionaire.co.za with the order number, date of purchase and colour you would like exchanged. ONLY ONE PACK WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, ADDITIONAL COSTS & COURIER RATES MAY APPLY.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No returns and exchanges will be accepted without approval. NO EXCHANGES will be done on wigs, toppers, custom orders, and coupon code/discounted items. These sales are FINAL.

No exchanges will be accepted after 5 days of the order being received. The hair must not be worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging. Hair/packaging that has been tampered with in any way will not be accepted for an exchange.

No exchanges are given before the product has been received back at our Office and inspected by our personnel to see if the product or hair has been used or damaged. This process takes about one working day.

With regards to exchanges, and returns, Extensionaire (Pty) Ltd, assumes no responsibility for the return costs, loss, or damage of merchandise by a carrier handling the returned shipment.

The leading time applies for all approved exchanges.

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All items sold on sale/discounted prices are FINAL.

No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted on items that have been sold on a sale/discounted price.

LIMITED EDITION ITEMS

All items sold labeled LIMITED EDITION are FINAL.

No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted on LIMITED EDITION items.

COLOUR MATCHING POLICY

We get many requests to colour match hair and we love to help. We love to offer suggestions. However, Extensionaire cannot guarantee that the hair colour suggestions will be a perfect match.

We cannot be held liable for suggestions.

SHIPPING POLICY

Extensionaire (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided, please make sure that the information you have provided is correct.

All orders will be shipped with The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd. Order updates and tracking information will be logged to your account. Extensionaire will not release any tracking information via WhatsApp for security.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive once an email is received stating your order has been completed.

Extensionaire cannot be held liable for any damages, loss, or delays to your package after leaving our offices.

COLOUR DISPLAY POLICY

We have made every effort to ensure accurate colour display on our website, however, we cannot guarantee a 100% match. 

The resolution on devices differs, this will show the true colour as lighter/darker on your monitor. Colour swatches/rings may differ slightly as no head of hair reacts the same to colour.

Our extensions are coloured with a multi-tonal adapt coloring system, which means that there are subtle highlights and low-lights, lighter strands, and darker strands throughout each set. This gives our shades movement, dimension, and depth. It also ensures that the hair extensions blend with your natural hair even if your hair color is a shade or two off.

Our colours are unique to that of the Extensionaire colour swatches/ring. We can not guarantee an exact match to the standard colours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No orders can be canceled once the order status change to “processing” as we have items that are made to order. Should you cancel your order, your Extensionaire account will be credited. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Our hair extensions come with a 60-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. The following items are NOT covered by our warranty, coupon code/discounted items, wigs, toppers, and custom orders.

The warranty is only valid for 6o days from the date of purchase. The hair guarantee will be considered expired on day 61 from the shipping date; no claims will be accepted after this time.

Hair extensions that have been claimed as defective MUST be sent back within 14 days of notifying Extensionaire. A thorough inspection will be done by the Quality Control team. They will determine if the hair is, in fact, defective.

NO PHOTO EVIDENCE will be accepted when claiming a defect; The FULL SET of hair MUST be inspected by Extensionaire, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The following will consider the WARRANTY VOID:

(i) Defects from improper application.

(ii) Defects from improper hair care/maintenance and products used.

(iii) Defects from attempts to alter the extensions in any way from their original form (cuts or colouring done by any salons, including that of affiliated salons, hair stylists, hair extension specialists, or yourself.

(iv) Chemical treatment of the hair extensions, this includes Brazilian/Botox treatment and Perm.

Certain colours may fade over time as heat does play a role in fading colours. Fading colours will not be considered a manufacturer defect.

Extensionaire MUST be notified IMMEDIATELY if a manufacturing defect is suspected. You will need to send us an email with the order number and date purchased to customercare[at]extensionaire.co.za.

The hair will have to be removed and returned to Extensionaire with the Hair Warranty card. Upon receipt of the hair, a thorough inspection will be done by Quality Control along with a batch check. The warranty card will need to be included upon return to us. Should your warranty card not be completed, misplaced, or does not accompany your application, you will forfeit your warranty.

You will forfeit your warranty should you conduct your own tests with your Extensionaire Hair Extensions.  

Hair that has been coloured/chemically treated in any way will render the warranty VOID and no replacement will be done. Hair extensions that do not pass the hair warranty specifications will be given treatment and will be sent back to you.

Extensionaire will NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY TREATMENTS/COLOUR DONE BY YOU OR THAT OF A SALON even if deemed safe to use on human hair extensions.

Should your warranty card not be completed, misplaced, or does not accompany your application, you will forfeit your warranty.
