When will my order ship?

  • In-stock items are processed within 1–2 working days and dispatched thereafter.

  • Custom or made-to-order products (including Invisible Tape-Ins, Tape-In Wefts, Genius Wefts, and lengths up to 28”) require 10–15 business days for manufacturing.
    Please note: During periods of high demand or unforeseen delays, production may exceed 15 days.

How long does shipping take?

  • South Africa: Once processing is complete, your order will be delivered within 2–3 working days via a trusted local courier.
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us at hello@extensionaire.co.za for international shipping estimates before placing your order.

Do i have to pay International Duties & Taxes if I order from south africa?

No. Extensionaire is proudly South African. Orders placed from within South Africa will not incur any customs duties or taxes, even if the product is shipped from our UK warehouse. We cover all import-related fees on your behalf to ensure smooth delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, Extensionaire will send you a tracking link via email.

Can I update or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may be able to cancel or make changes within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact Extensionaire Support immediately. After this window or once the order has been processed, you’ll need to return the item in accordance with our return policy to receive a refund or exchange.
