You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The package is unopened

• The hygiene seal is intact

• The product is unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used, installed, dyed, washed, or cut extensions

• Items without original packaging or with broken seals

• Final sale, discounted or promotional items

• Hair accessories or supplies (due to hygiene reasons)

Approved returns are subject to:

• A 20% restocking fee

• Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable

• A non-refundable R250 processing fee will be deducted (if paid with Payfast) and a non-refundable R180 processing fee will be deducted for bank charges (if paid via EFT/Card)
